Hidelow House, a small secluded Country House and its cottages are set in glorious unspoilt rolling countryside near Malvern and the beautiful Malvern Hills, Worcester, on the edge of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty in rural England. Hidelow even had a mention in the Domesday Book!
Here, skylarks and buzzards soar overhead daily and at night you can witness spectacular sunsets, star-lit skies and the Milky Way. Hidden down a secluded drive and with exceptional views over Herefordshire, one of England’s last completely unspoilt counties, the cottages are close to Elgar’s beautiful Malvern Hills. The historic cathedral cities of Hereford and Worcester, the Cotswolds, Stratford, the Wye Valley and Wales, are also all within easy reach. Yet Hidelow is only 2 hours from London and Manchester Enjoy the Flavours of Herefordshire – visit traditional cheese makers, vineyards and cider-makers; sample locally brewed wines, beers and ciders from our shop. Herefordshire aims to be the first Fairtrade County in England and we are committed to Fairtrade principles ourselves. All we sell in our on-site Shop, therefore is either home-produced or locally produced.
Guests who stay with us for Bed and Breakfast can taste our wonderful local produce. Self-catering guests are not forgotten - by ordering a 'Full English Breakfast' Hamper for your arrival you too can Savour the Flavours of Herefordshire.
Activities and Attractions - For the energetic, there is excellent walking, horse-riding, cycling, golf, grass-boarding and fishing all available locally. There are also many historic houses and open gardens, modern theatres, concert halls and cinemas nearby.
