Hopbine is a very spacious, yet cosy apartment, featuring a Four-poster bed on a galleried sleeping area. This is a self-contained, centrally-heated part of the old, but rebuilt and modernised farmhouse, is carpeted throughout and boasts a private circular hot tub in a totally secluded spot beneath the upper sun terrace.
WiFi (Wireless Internet) access
There is a fully fitted oak Kitchen including electric cooker and hob, fridge, freezer and microwave, Dining area and very large open plan Sitting Room with three piece suite, wood burning stove, 26 inch widescreen TV, Freeview, DVD Ipod docking station.
Two steps lead up to the Bedroom area with Four-poster bed and to the ensuite tiled Bathroom. This comprises a bath with shower over, washbasin and toilet.
A cot and highchair are available on request.

Garden
Outside Hopbine is a pretty sun-terrace with Hot Tub for the exclusive use of Hopbine guests. Sports towels are supplied., fishpool, waterfall and uninterrupted views across our landscaped gardens and the Leadon valley towards the hills of Herefordshire and beyond.
There is a barbecue, garden furniture and clothes drier and free laundry facilities on site.
