We are responsive to ideas and are improving our service provision all the time. Our experience of providing accessible holiday accommodation goes back 18 years to 1996. We have been national leaders in this field, hosting several Best Practice Inspection staff training sessions by Tourism Inspection bodies. Because of our reputation in providing such excellent services and facilities, more than 10 years ago we were prominently featured in the Disability Rights Commission 'Open 4 All' publication 2004 'What do Accommodation Owners need to know?'
